For Joe, design is a tool with which he communicates his emotions. In childhood, he loved  and excelled in art class and spent time dressing up dolls with his cousins. Design allows him to combine his interest in art with personal and social communication. Academically, Joe is interested in continuing to learn and gain experience on the field. His passions lie in sketching and mixed media, as well as fabric manipulation and material work - aspects that bring art into design. In the future, Joe hopes to build a small but beloved brand that is fun, loud, and colorful.
