Creative Space Beirut is launching Beyond the Studio, a free, industry-connected professional development program for fashion designers, practitioners, and creatives looking to build on their strengths and take their practice further. This program is implemented by Creative Space Beirut, in partnership with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and the Lebanese Ministry of Social Affairs (MoSA), commissioned by the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

It combines a shared foundation with specialist pathways, assigned through our interview and assessment process, built around four thematic areas:

  • Production & Technical Readiness – turning a creative idea into a viable, production-ready product
  • Commercial & Market Readiness – understanding costing, positioning, and the business side of fashion
  • Industry & Workplace Readiness – working effectively within brands, studios, ateliers, and professional teams
  • Career & Opportunity Readiness – building the tools and visibility needed to access employment, freelance, and project opportunities

Alongside masterclasses, you'll gain exposure to employers, job matching support, and opportunities to connect with designers, ateliers, and creative professionals.

The program runs in phases from approximately October 2026 to April 2027, primarily in Beirut, with selected online and hybrid sessions.

This application form helps us get to know your background, experience, and goals, and supports our commitment to inclusive outreach and fair selection. Your information stays confidential and is used only for program purposes.

This program is open to applicants based in Lebanon, aged 20–35, who can commit to at least 35 training hours. It's aimed at those who are currently unemployed or underemployed in the sector. The relevant questions on this are further into the form. Priority is given to applicants from underrepresented groups, including women, gender diverse youth, LGBTQ+ individuals, persons with disabilities, and people from low-income backgrounds.

تطلق Creative Space Beirut برنامج "ما بعد الاستوديو"، وهو برنامج مجاني للتطوير المهني مرتبط بواقع قطاع الأزياء واحتياجاته، وموجّه إلى مصممي الأزياء والعاملين والممارسين في المجالات الإبداعية الذين يرغبون في تطوير مهاراتهم، وتعزيز خبرتهم، والتقدم في مسيرتهم المهنية. يُنفَّذ البرنامج من قبل Creative Space Beirut بالشراكة مع الوكالة الألمانية للتعاون الدولي (GIZ) ووزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية اللبنانية (MoSA)، بتكليف من الوزارة الاتحادية الألمانية للتعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية (BMZ).

يتضمن البرنامج مجموعة من الجلسات الأساسية المشتركة بين جميع المشاركين، إلى جانب مسارات تخصصية يتم تحديدها بناءً على المقابلة وعملية التقييم. ويركز البرنامج على أربعة مجالات رئيسية:

  • الجاهزية للإنتاج والمهارات التقنية: تطوير الفكرة الإبداعية وتحويلها إلى منتج قابل للتنفيذ والإنتاج.
  • الجاهزية للسوق والجوانب التجارية: فهم التكاليف، والتسعير، وموقع المنتج في السوق، والجوانب التجارية في مجال الأزياء.
  • الجاهزية للعمل ضمن القطاع: تطوير القدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن العلامات التجارية، والاستوديوهات، والمشاغل، والفرق المهنية.
  • الجاهزية المهنية والوصول إلى الفرص: تطوير الأدوات والظهور المهني اللازمين للوصول إلى فرص العمل، والعمل الحر، والمشاريع.

إلى جانب الدروس المتقدمة، سيتيح لك البرنامج فرصة التعرف إلى أصحاب عمل ومحترفين في القطاع، والحصول على دعم للوصول إلى فرص عمل مناسبة، والتواصل مع مصممين ومشاغل ومهنيين في المجالات الإبداعية.

يمتد البرنامج على مراحل تقريباً من أكتوبر 2026 حتى أبريل 2027، ويقام بشكل أساسي في بيروت، مع بعض الجلسات التي قد تكون أونلاين أو بنظام هجين.

يساعدنا هذا النموذج على التعرف إلى خلفيتك، وخبرتك، وأهدافك، كما يساعدنا على ضمان عملية اختيار عادلة وشاملة. تبقى جميع المعلومات التي تقدمها سرية، وتُستخدم فقط لأغراض البرنامج.

البرنامج مفتوح للأشخاص المقيمين في لبنان، الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 20 و35 عاماً، والقادرين على الالتزام بما لا يقل عن 35 ساعة تدريبية. البرنامج موجّه بشكل أساسي إلى الأشخاص العاطلين عن العمل أو الذين يعملون بشكل غير كافٍ ضمن القطاع. وستجد لاحقاً في النموذج أسئلة تساعدنا على تقييم هذا الجانب. تُعطى الأولوية أيضاً للأشخاص من الفئات الأقل تمثيلاً، بما في ذلك النساء، والشباب ذوو الهويات الجندرية المتنوعة، وأفراد مجتمع LGBTQ+، والأشخاص ذوو الإعاقة، والأشخاص من ذوي الدخل المحدود.

هذا البرنامج قائم على مبدأ تكافؤ الفرص. يتم النظر في جميع الطلبات دون تمييز على أساس العرق أو الدين أو النوع الاجتماعي أو الإعاقة أو أي أساس آخر للتمييز.
