Heba Nahle

Upon graduating from Creative Space Beirut, Heba Nahle was awarded a scholarship to pursue a Master’s degree in Design for the Fashion System at Politecnico di Milano, graduating with highest honors and receiving the Best Thesis Award of 2020 (Giulia Minola Award) for her research on protective attire for urban motorcyclists. Prior to CSB, she studied Interior Architecture at the Lebanese University’s Institute of Fine Arts.
Based in Milan since 2017, Heba has built a career spanning design, research, product development, and production management. She began working on projects involving design research, production follow-up, and quality control, including contributing to the design and execution of artificial robotic skin in collaboration with the Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia. She later worked as a Project Manager, overseeing product development and manufacturing processes for fashion and design projects.
In 2019, Heba founded Riccitelli Milano, a fashion production agency that supports designers and brands through sourcing, product development, manufacturing coordination, and supply chain management in collaboration with a network of trusted Italian partners. Through the agency, she has worked with a range of international designers and emerging brands, including Talia Byre.
Alongside her professional practice, Heba is active as a mentor and educator. She currently serves as a consultant and mentor for M7 Qatar, supporting designers in the Fashion Trust Arabia London and M7 Showrooms mentorship programs with a focus on production and supply chain development. She has also worked as an assistant professor and, most recently, joined POLI.design as a guest lecturer for the Master in Fashion Tech, where she teaches an introduction to artificial intelligence in fashion design as part of the Creativity and Innovation module.
