Joe Koueik is currently a co-designer and pattern maker at the Lebanese label Vanina, while also working freelance with private clients and on projects, including collaborations with fellow alumni Roni Helou. He brings a strong grasp of design technicalities, including pattern making, draping, sewing, drawing, and textile fabrication, to his roles, making him a versatile asset in the design field.

Joe is also developing his own storytelling-driven brand, where each piece is rooted in a personal memory or emotion, evolving into a world of characters expressed through clothing.

“Creative Space Beirut helps me grow as a person. I have more confidence in my work and in presenting it to others. I’ve always loved art and fashion, but it isn’t until you live them that clothes really mean something.”
