Sandra Rihan

Class of 2027
Kafarsir, South Lebanon
January, 2003

Sandra, who had previously studied engineering at Lebanese University, recently discovered her passion for design. For Sandra, creativity is about pausing the mind, allowing inspiration to flow naturally, and channeling feelings into her work. She dreams of becoming a professional fashion designer, capable of sketching outstanding designs and crafting those sketches into garments that evoke joy. Sandra envisions the fulfillment of seeing her creations worn by someone who feels confident and beautiful every time they look in the mirror. She believes her ability to infuse positive energy into her work is a key strength. For her, art is about enjoyment and connection, both for the creator and those who experience it.

“I want to share a story to show my love for Creative Space Beirut. When our Friday schedule changed to end early, I didn’t want to leave. I even told my classmate I’d stay, even with no work to do! I’ve grown attached to the space, the vibe, the community, and especially my classmates, who feel like real friends. I usually spend the whole day here, soaking in the energy, and even then, I never want to go. It truly feels like home.”
