Patile Tachjian’s family has been deeply rooted in the fashion industry for two generations, allowing her to grow up surrounded by fabric stores, factories, and the world of textiles. These early experiences sparked a lasting curiosity for fashion that continues to shape her work today.

Her creative practice centers on textile development, print design, accessories, and garment creation. Influenced by nostalgia, textures, trinkets, and the people around her, she enjoys developing vibrant prints, intricate textiles, and wearable pieces distinguished by thoughtful details. She also has a particular interest in accessories, including shoes and bags, which she considers an essential extension of a collection.

Patile has gained diverse experience across the fashion industry, working with designers and organizations including Inaash, Ahmad Amer, Ibrahim Fakhreddine, Yassmin Saleh, and Roni Helou. At Inaash, she develops homeware collections that combine traditional Palestinian tatreez embroidery with contemporary design, overseeing the process from concept to final product. She also works with Ahmad Amer on textile development, fabric manipulation, and material research for new collections.

Previously, she worked as a styling assistant to Ibrahim Fakhreddine, contributing to music videos, editorial shoots, and red-carpet looks for artists including Najwa Karam, Stephanie Atallah, Maguy Bou Ghosn, and Nawal El Zoghbi. She has also worked with Yassmin Saleh across atelier and boutique operations and contributed to a number of collection development and production projects. Notably, she participated in the creation of a patchwork carpet-turned-dress exhibited at the Museum of Islamic Art in Doha. She also completed specialized training and a six-month internship in shoe design and production, further expanding her technical expertise. Looking ahead, Patile hopes to establish her own brand while continuing to develop her practice in both fashion and footwear design.
